WiseOne's Comments, I really wonder, myself, if they can hold together now. The last time they came close to this was the Roman Empire. Even though it didn't encompass all that it does now, I really wonder. Almost 2,000 years since the Roman Empire and they haven't gotten very far yet to be sure and it is VERY weak indeed...

European Union...who cares?

It is not our business in the USA to worry about any other country. No other country is going to bail us out. We need to think about how we created our economic system to begin with and get back to those types of indistries like textiles, mining, rail, manufacturing, we can get back to the prosperity we were used to if only we can stop free trade or put higher taxes on imports. I am talking 200% higher. Force companys in the usa to manufacture here instead of outsourcing.
