sanjosecachuck World stock markets are the problem. The 'programs' offered to workers should be funding retirement, medical, and opportunities that will lead to well living. We could do away with substandard living conditions worldwide and all prosper. We don't do this because there are too many greedy folks looking to suppress the ninty-nine percent of salary workers.
