Forbidden Exclamation Israeli Minister Says 'We Will Attack Iran' if Nuke Program Continues

Quote:
JERUSALEM — An Israeli daily says Cabinet Minister Shaul Mofaz has said Israel should attack Iran if it continues with its nuclear program.

The Yediot Ahronot newspaper quotes Mofaz as saying "If Iran will continue with its plan to develop nuclear weapons, we will attack it."

Mofaz's office did not return a call requesting comment on Friday's report. The daily says that Mofaz has warned that the economic sanctions against Iran are not effective. Yediot reports that Mofaz has said that the United States would back any Israeli attack.

Reuters quotes Mofaz as saying "Attacking Iran, in order to stop its nuclear plans, will be unavoidable."

WiseOne's Comments, good thing because IF Israel does NOT do this...they WILL get a nuclear weapon up their butt from Iran, PERIOD. I wish you all the best, Israel!

Talking US may lift ban on F-22 sale to Israel

Quote:
US House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Howard Berman, whose panel has hitherto prevented the sale to Israel of the F-22 stealth fighter jet, told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday that he was open to removing the sales restriction to boost Israeli deterrence.

The F-22 "Raptor" has long been regarded as a tremendous potential asset in any Israeli strike on Iranian nuclear facilities, given its ability to penetrate even the most sophisticated radar and other defense systems.

Yeah, and we'll use the same BS intel to justify it. There isn't any credible intel that they ARE pursuing Nukes....just like Iraq.

there's more intel on it than we ever had on iraq. in iraq we had the word and hand drawings of one man. with iran we have:

traceable acounts of iran buying and shipping uranium
reciepts of them buying up-graded cetrefuges to be able to enrich said uranium to weapons grade
them attempting and actually buying upgraded missle systems
and not to mention their combat feild exercises that are highly publicized

sorry to have to tell ya this but......they're getting ready for war.

I love and respect Israel. However, this is just more RNC rhetoric projected through Israel to keep the American people on a war footing. The military industrial complex is worried that their cost plus contracts will be changed by Congress from more expensive war toys to the fixing of the infrastructure of America.

Israel already has nuclear weapons. If Iran sent even one nuclear weapon to or at Israel, Iran will quickly become an "oil slick where Iran used to be".

I hate to contradict the RNC misinformation machine, but there is no proof whatsoever that Iran has either a nuclear weapon or the ability to deliver it. This is more BS.

Israel can start fighting its own wars. If the US had not helped Israel in 1947, there wouldn't even be an Israel. The US has done enough to support Israel. It is time for the US to start spending money on America.

The US is no longer the leader of the free world. Bush43 & Co has all but bankrupted the US. We don't have the economic and/or moral authority to even lead ourselves.

America now taps the phones of Americans, we torture, we invade nations for their resources and we have socialized the banking industries. This is not the America that I grew up with.

It amazes me that the ignorant still believe this nonsense put out by Bush43, Hannidy, Limbaugh and other water carriers.

Think America first.

Respectfully,

wdp

IDK, it is a fact that Iran DOES have underground nuclear plants...IF they were not for use in producing nuclear weapons, then WHY build these places so deep underground? They are going to try and get one, period. We are talking about nuts here to be sure. Some of the rhetoric that spews forth from Iran is deeply disturbing and that is putting it nicely.

I wonder if every other country is inspired by America's war on terror which gives it the right to attack anywhere without any decent proof and without warning. India has been planning to do the same with Pakistan and now Israel. I wonder where are we heading. At the end of the day its the count of innocent lives lost that we get in news.

Post Europe to Take Out Iran For Jerusalem

As the United States called upon Israel to become their virtual protectorate during Operation Desert Storm, the European Union will offer Israel guarantees of peace and security. Europe, not the overextended and highly inflated United States, will take out Iran.

I would love to see some action from Europe. Iran is a whole different beast than Iraq or other Middle Eastern threats. Their leadership just seems determined to act in it's own accordance to gain power in the region. I was against the dismissal of troops into Iraq but it's starting to look more and more as if Iran will continue to push the envelope until they get a response.
