Military Member Voting Question!!

I am a military member in PA, currently across the state from my home county. Can I simply show up at a voting booth without applying for an absentee ballot?

I am not 100% sure, but I think you will do what is called a Provisional Ballot? This is my understanding of how it works in a situation like this.
