I was in discussions tonight with my family about how the economy is going and how the effects are being felt around the world. My daughter brought up the comment that the only way this economy will be saved is if we go to war.
Sad, but true.

I think honestly as things keep falling around America and worldwide, tempers will flare over this and disagreements are inevitable. The question is "Who's going to start it"?

Are we headed for World War III?

I think maybe you're wrong. As we go down economically, the dominos fall everywhere else. It makes us weaker. That's one fact.
Israel is trying to get our backing right now and they plan to post more of our troops very soon into Afghanistan.

War is not the answer...our current wars are a big part of why we are in this mess...If you're a Libertarian then you would agree that the oversized govornment is more than likely the largest problem involving economic downfall.

I think that is a good point LibertarianLady. Infrastructure projects, like Obama is planning did not pull us out of the Great Deppression WW2 did. Nevertheless I like to think there may be an alternative method, but the freemarket economy, or any economy for that matter is not easily shifted. It will rebound when it wants too. Debt is going to kill us all though...
