Abortion

I have a burning question about abortion for the supporters of it, and lets face it, its mostly libs. There will be a few others that support abortion for various reasons, but by and large its the left wing Dems that support unrestricted infanticide.

The question is.................. You guys would NEVER in a million years support abortion for animals the way you do for PEOPLE.

What makes the difference in your minds? Most folks believe that animals are a lower life form than what humans are. Why is abortion for Fido and Kitty not accepted as a form of birth control???? Sure would cut down on unwanted pets at that pound now wouldn't it?

This question isn't about the morality of abortion. That is a discussion for another thread.

EXCELLENT question! I wonder the same thing. That's true, an animal (and illegal alien) has far more rights in America than a fetus has to be sure. What say you, you liberal pricks?

Excellent point! I've brought that same topic up with my liberal aunt. Another thing that bothers me about this is the belief in human euthanasia yet she has this poor little dog that has brain damage, can't walk without her hauling it around on a harness, it barks all day and night because it doesn't know what it's doing anymore, she's sleep deprived and yet this is all an attachment because she had to give it CPR when it was born:biggrin100 (26): Nothing makes sense to me in the world of Liberals!

What the #### are ya'll talking about. A woman is superior to an animal, animals are lower life forms. I support a woman's right to choose because it's her body, let her do with it as she likes. Comparing animal abortion to human abortion, what are you drunk or something. That was one of the dumbest comparisons I have ever seen.

Usually the euthanasia talk goes the other way, we make our loved ones suffer much more horribly than we would ever make our pets suffer.

If abortion were to be used more often, we wouldn't have so many screwed up, unwanted kids. A woman has the responsibility of caring for that child, caring for that fetus. She can be charged with a crime for any number of actions while she is pregnant. If she carries that responsibility, why shouldn't she have the choice of whether or not she wants the baby? And that doesn't even get into the debate of if abortion should be legal when the baby is deformed or the mother's health or future reproductive ability is at risk. Abortions should be safe, legal, and rare.
