I'm sure your perfect family has never known anyone with a DUI or has gotten pregnant before 18, or had anything dysfunctional, period. The simple fact is that your candidates are pricks and it is finally beginning to show. McCain didn't just get a bounce because of the convention, Obama didn't get any! America is an 80% center right country even if you don't like to believe it! Us people in the middle of the country (fly over country) do produce all of your food and energy, try to exist without us. The big bounce is because people in this country want to see somebody, anybody, who claims to lead with the American people directing them, not politicians making decisions for politicians! Nevermind the fact that throughout human history and up until 80 years ago or so it wouldn't have even mattered
2: Vote for Palin and lose control of your body: That's a pretty 20% thing also that the media has put on the front line. Simple truth is, we've gone far beyond the point where that will ever be a retractable right. If you want to kill your own baby, fine, that means less liberals in the world but I thought liberals were all against genocide? Can you really argue sensibly that a tree or an Amoeba has more life, and more purposefully saved, than a fertilized human egg? Again, where is the sensibility?
3: Vote for McCain, you don't need your job anyway: When exactly has a president created any job? They don't, large and small businesses do. If you create incentives for them there will be jobs created by them. When was a job ever created by a poor person? More incentives and breaks will bring jobs back from India for instance, and countless other nations!
4: If you're losing your home it's just because you don't wanna work: I don't think I've ever heard anyone ever say that, but I also don't remember anyone ever saying that one of our inalienable rights was to have a government (taxpayer) paid home. Some of the blame can be laid at predatory lenders but most all of the blame belongs on the person signing the contract! I have employees that can't get approved for a home loan that actually pay all of their bills! It's a fact of life!
5: If you're not sick then why worry about paying healthcare: Simple fact is, the vast majority of uninsured people in this country are young and do not choose to be insured even if they are offered by the company they work for. Social security does have a place and it is not in the general fund! The rest of us pay through our companies, that we have climbed the ladder throughout the years, and get jacked because of false claimants and ambulance chasers like John Edwards every year with our insurance increases. How about limiting the payments to false claimants and ambulance chasers?
6: Let's build some ovens next to the fence to deter immigration: What the hell are you even taking about????
7: What healthplan does Sarah have, hers or her commercial fisherman husbands?: Does it really matter to you? And how is that affecting your life? If you want to go that route, what healthplan do our elected idiots in Washington have? Should those 500+ people have better care and financial services than the rest of us? I don't think so, but is that even a talking point when we have 49 other Governor's with health plans that get transferred with the job? How ABSURD!!! What is Barack Hussein Obama's health plan?
8: John McCain loves war: Unlike you, he has been a participant of a politically legislated war! Politics has no place in war, nor does the media. The definition of war is to kill people and break things to put the opposition into such a state of quandry and defeat that they will be submissive to you. John has absolutely stated that he hates war, any civilized person does! If it takes going to war to protect the American people, so be it. That is war, that is actual humanity! At least your helpless ### isn't being put on the front lines to try and protect us! If it was, then I would fear for our country and our children!
9: You balance your checkbook, why don't you want to balance the budget? Name any one of us who don't! Politicians think they work for themselves rather than us and it is up to you to vote for a "communtiy organizer" rather than a politician! We could start by stopping the aid to dictatorial governments who preach to their people that the US sucks! That and tapping our own resources would eliminate any deficits ( along with earmarks) within a couple of years!
10: Let's give Sarah a nickname "Sarah "Pink Slip" Palin: Hmmm., would that have anything to do with the Neanderthal of a brother-in-law she had who was caught drinking and driving in a patrol car, tazering a 13 year old boy (his step-son, no less), getting pulled over numerous times by real state troopers, and threatening to shoot her father? I would have killed him myself, not just fired him, as a threat to my family!

You might also mention that 7 of the top 8 Presidental advisors (excluding Rove) were lobbyist. The main villians are from big oil and energy.

The United States doens't deserve peace and prosperity. They deserve more war and more deficits.

The main villains are Islamic terrorists, socialists, and idiotic socialist professors in the United States that are granted any kind of tenure to manipulate the minds of our children. Big oil and energy happens to drive the entire world's economy, not just the U.S. The U.S. absolutely does deserve peace and prosperity since the entire planet calls on us for help in any situation, although there are those of us that deserve neither, and we never get credit for protecting anyone's behinds. Why should we desrve more war and more deficits when almost all of the wars over the last 200 years have been to protect sibling democracies, or the lesser of 2 evils, in other parts of the world and the deficits are drawn up by giving to 3rd word dictators? I'm full on to pull back our troops and stop contributing to ########.

metermaidbf1, I dont want to be rude but the left has been against those wars. The U.S does deserve peace, but the fact remains that it is reponsible for the current crisis it has with many countries (notably Iran).

If the United States had not destroyed democracy there through the fabled Operation Ajax, in 1953, Iran would be a democratic nation.

If the United States had not sold all those weapons to Saddam during the Iran-Iraq war, the war crimes against the Kurds would not have been commited.

If the United States had not organised a coup against South Vietnamese president Ngo Dinh Diem, peace could have been optain before the Vietnam War.

The list goes on, and the myth of American intouchable morality is long dead across the world.
