Obama's Tax Raise Towards Much Needed Services

Posted 09.30.2008 at 10.30 PM by poulsontayla
Obama recently has proposed a Tax raise, however, these taxes will be put toward much needed services for our country. On the other hand, McCain will tax us and continue to support big businesses rather than contribute to the serious issues in our soceity. What we need as a Country is to improve our needed services before supporting big businesses with our very valuable, hard earned tax dollars. Take a stand for what you truly believe in and don't forget to vote!

Superb post

I agree and it is time people realize the profound nonsense of the Republican platform. This is a party who has dramatically increased government spendings while cutting taxes. This is illogical.

The next president, whoever he is, will inherit George Bush's impossible legacy. To save the government finances, he will have to either cut in the military spendings, which will further weaken the efforts made in Iraq and Afghanistan, or will have to cut in Social Security who already had to endure a cold winter during the Bush era.

Damn, I guess the cuts for aid to 3rd world dictators didn't even pop up to you as a possibility! Haven't you seen all the UN videos and food storage by the dictators? Guess maybe if nobody banned DDT there might be a lot of lives save today and no worry about sleeping with a net over your bed! There has been nothing else found environmentally that would ban it except a few idiot punks in the U.S. in the seventies that thought they knew everything!!!!! Why try to save a filed government hthrough taxation?

Don't forget to protect your local communist's right to elect himself and screw you by putting you in a Gulag. I hope we raise taxes so much that nobody decides they have to do anything. Then after we borrow trillions, someone can come in and kick our ##### and maybe wake us up before we suffocate ourselves on chips and donuts washed down by Cola, just to send us to the pretend gas chambers again. I hate it when they do that, I get such butterflies and everything. Does anyone have any sense here? The first thing to go will be freedom of speech, if you value that at the least, you should be against it!

I'd like to thank Bush and Congressional pork barrel spending for the deficit, the FED for the resulting increased inflation, the democrats for the increasing unemployment rate (increasing the minimum wage), and Obama for solidifying America into a depression with his disastrous economic policies. We need a libertarian in office.
